Kitale Children’s Home

The Kenya Church of Christ Children’s Home was constructed in 1992 in Kitale, Kenya on five acres of property donated by the local government to the Kenya Churches of Christ. The Home provides sanctuary, physical nurture, and most of all spiritual development for abandoned and orphaned Kenyan children as outlined in James 1:29.

Every year we send children and teens to Lakeview for a life-changing week of camp. There are camps for those entering grade 1 through college age, plus men’s and women’s retreats. Visit their Facebook page for more information.

Mike Schrage Family – Good News Productions

The vision of Good News Productions is: To fill the earth with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord as the waters cover the sea: Good News Productions, International will partner with His Church to accelerate global evangelism. (Habakkuk 2:14)

The call to tell the world has not changed, but the way in which you can carry the message to the ends of the earth has. Media has changed the way the Gospel is being shared throughout the world. By equipping missionaries and the local church with relevant and culturally appropriate strategies and media, you can tell the story effectively and help win more to Christ.

Additional Missions

In addition to the ministries we support on a regular basis, we also recommend and/or support the following ministries, though not through monthly giving.

Alcoholics Anonymous

Alcoholics Anonymous® is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking. There are no dues or fees for AA membership; we are self-supporting through our own contributions. AA is not allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organization or institution; does not wish to engage in any controversy, neither endorses nor opposes any causes. Our primary purpose is to stay sober and help other alcoholics to achieve sobriety. There is an open meeting of AA at the church on Mondays and Thursdays at 8 pm.

Manhattan Christian College

Manhattan Christian College is located in Manhattan, Kansas.

Ozark Christian College

Ozark Christian College is located in Joplin, Missouri.
